Viralux is operated as a Florida limited liability company (“Viralux LLC,” “Viralux,” “we,” “us”). Our services are coordination and advocacy related to international medical travel logistics for clients based primarily in the United States.

Not medical advice or clinical care

Nothing on this website, in our communications, or in our packages constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a clinical endorsement. You should consult a licensed physician for any health-related decision. Viralux does not practice medicine in Florida, Colombia, or any other jurisdiction.

Independent surgeons and clinics

Any surgeons, dentists, clinics, hospitals, or other healthcare providers mentioned, introduced, or scheduled through Viralux are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Viralux in a clinical sense. Clinical evaluation, informed consent, procedure selection, surgical technique, anesthesia, medications, and aftercare protocols are solely between you and the provider.

• Viralux does not guarantee clinical outcomes, credentials, or facility standards beyond facilitating introductions.
• You are responsible for verifying licenses, board certifications, facility accreditation, and insurance coverage to your own satisfaction.
• Surgical and dental fees are billed by the provider — not by Viralux. Clients pay Viralux a separate coordination package and do not pay Viralux a percentage of their surgical fee.

Scope of our services

Viralux may assist with: itinerary planning; flight and lodging coordination; airport and ground transfers; companion logistics; non-medical recovery-environment planning; bilingual scheduling advocacy; and related concierge support. We do not: prescribe; interpret lab results; manage clinical complications; or act as a surrogate for emergency medical services.

Travel and destination risks

International travel involves inherent risks. Clients should review current guidance from the U.S. Department of State and relevant health authorities, obtain appropriate travel and medical evacuation insurance, and make their own judgment about traveling to Medellín or any other destination. Viralux is not responsible for conditions outside our logistical control.

No warranties; limitation

Services and website content are provided for informational and coordination purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viralux disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a written client agreement. Pricing shown as “TBD” or placeholder on this demo site is not a binding offer.
